“There are a few tips from Lisa Brownlee that can help you communicate effectively across an organization and bring the change the way you want. The change can only last if you control its flow across the organization and make sure that it is treated as a culture rather than just a procedure. The first tip for effective communication is ‘Determine Motivation’. It means that the person who is communicating should know why they are communicating and what is their purpose behind it. They have to be absolutely sure about what they want from the information they are providing and why he is providing it. Uncertainty leads to confusion for the listeners as well.”
